Through scenario-based exercises and peer consultation\, you’ll practice balancing accountability with compassion\, using reflective listening and strategic questions\, recognizing stress or trauma responses\, and maintaining your own capacity while supporting others. \nBreakout exercises and discussion provide hands-on opportunities to try these micro-skills in realistic workplace situations.
