This training discusses the impact of trauma on individuals and systems\, explores its connections to equity\, and addresses the strengths and challenges of interpersonal dynamics. Tailored for new and mid-level supervisors in behavioral health\, mental health\, and related fields\, modules—ranging from “Equity-Centered Trauma-Informed Supervision” to “Developing Self-Awareness and Intentional Leadership”—are all designed to help us learn and grow alongside peers.
