Hi, my name is Ana Hristić and I want to congratulate you on completing this free online training series. You’ve covered significant topic areas in the study of trauma informed care, including what is it, why is it important, what is the difference between trauma informed and trauma specific, and what is the science supporting trauma informed care?
Well, believe it or not, there’s much more to learn and so it’s completely understandable if you’re walking away with many more questions than answers. We hope that this brief series has provided you with a foundational knowledge of language to inspire your continued learning and collaboration. We also hope that you’ll take the time to watch the voices from the community videos as well as explore additional resources we’ve provided.
It’s really important to us that you have access to a comprehensive and inclusive array of resources on the topic of trauma informed care, including hearing from folks who have been working to implement trauma informed care in their organizations and systems. After all, as you recall, we each have a role in implementation of trauma informed care.
Not just the healers and clinicians in our fields, but also support staff, HR, finance, transportation, and management. We’d really like to hear from you. How did these modules work for you? And what else would you like to learn about? Have you been working on a system transformation and run into learnings or roadblocks?
Who else in the field in the state of Oregon would you like us to elevate for their efforts in trauma informed care? Please go ahead and fill out the form below, and connect with us, and let us be informed by your process. Good luck.
