DESCRIPTION:Esta edición especial de nuestro entrenamiento de entrenadores está dedicada a aquellos que trabajan en escuelas o centros de cuidado sirviendo a niños desde el nacimiento hasta el nivel secundario (pre-k to 12). \nEl curso se llevará a cabo en forma online (via Zoom) durante 4 sábados desde 9am a 1:30pm en las siguientes fechas:\nSesión 1: Sábado 8 de Octubre\nSesión 2: Sábado 22 de Octubre\nSesión 3: Sábado 5 de Noviembre\nSesión 4: Sábado 19 de Noviembre\n*Se espera que los participantes completen un mínimo de 4 horas de lectura y estudio individual entre sesiones \nEl curso tiene espacio para un máximo de 30 participantes. Hemos establecido una serie de criterios para ayudarnos a seleccionar a los participantes: \nSe dará prioridad a las personas y organizaciones que:\n– Proporcionen servicios en zonas rurales\n– Trabajen con poblaciones desfavorecidas o altamente vulnerables \nAdemás se considerará:\n– Previo conocimiento sobre el impacto del trauma y el estrés en las personas\, organizaciones y comunidades\n– Experiencia entrenando grupos en forma interesante y culturalmente sensible\n– Planes para compartir lo aprendido con otros \nLe recomendamos enviar la postulación tan pronto como pueda. Quienes no fueron seleccionados entrarán automáticamente a una lista de espera. \nRegistrar \nAcerca del Entrenamiento:\nEste entrenamiento no es un programa de certificación sino una oportunidad para acceder a un desarrollo profesional especializado que le ayudará a facilitar entrenamientos y a conectarse con personas que también están interesadas en implementar estas prácticas en sus comunidades.\nTiene una duración de 16 horas ( 16 CEUs) y su objetivo es preparar a futuros entrenadores sobre Educación y Prácticas para reconocer y responder al trauma (TIC por sus siglas en inglés)\, con énfasis en la comunidad latina y los niños.  \nEl plan de estudios incluye: \n– Componentes clave que se deben incluir al capacitar sobre los trauma y TIC\n– Oportunidades para desarrollar su capacitación\, de acuerdo a su público objetivo\n– Prácticas de facilitación y aprendizaje de adultos.\n– Discusión\, incluyendo cómo y cuándo modificar el entrenamiento\n– Oportunidades para practicar la entrega de una parte de la capacitación y recibir/brindar retroalimentación \nCOSTO: esta version del entrenamiento está financiada por un grant proporcionado por Oregon Community Foundation y no tiene costo para los participantes \n*Al final del entrenamiento invitaremos a todos los participantes a darnos retroalimentación e ideas que nos puedan ayudar a mejorar el curriculum y la forma en que lo entregamos*
