Somatic Moment

Every second Monday of the month a local somatic healer shares space with us to foster rejuvenation. Join T. Aisha Edwards, LMHC, somatic trauma therapist and founder of Radical Rest, in this monthly practice call to repattern our reflexive habits in the way we move through our embodied world. Together, we’ll cultivate increased bodily awareness, empowerment and a felt sense of calm.
