Save the Dates! Trauma Informed Oregon’s 2025-2026 Calendar

We heard from the community that having the schedule for our offerings with more advanced notice would be beneficial for planning purposes. Below is our 2025-2026 calendar of training and events so you can save the dates well in advance on your calendar – but don’t forget that you will still need to register.

Save-the-Date Events

Foundations of Trauma Informed Care

In our Foundations of Trauma Informed Care Series, we cover a variety of topics that help participants build a strong foundational understanding of trauma informed care/practice. It is facilitated online with two trainers and is offered in four two-hour online sessions, totaling 8 hours of learning. Discussion prompts and breakout sessions are built in, with participation highly encouraged.

Participants are expected to attend all four sessions.

Pay-by-Seat Training of Trainers

For individuals and organizations wanting to offer trauma informed care training in their communities and/or organization, joining a Training of Trainers can increase confidence and preparation.

Our Training of Trainers consists of four days of in-person learning and practicing of TIO’s Foundational material. Participants are provided with a Trainer’s Manual that offers potential lesson layouts, sample scripts, and supportive materials. Lessons are tailored to adult learning styles and participants are provided with opportunities to train amongst their cohort.

The application for our October series will open in August. We ask that all applicants complete the Foundations of Trauma Informed Care prior to joining this specialized training. $1000 per seat with limited scholarships available.

Trauma Informed Micro Lessons  |  10am - 11am PT

Join us in this series as we explore the Five Essential Elements of Trauma Informed Care. Each offering will cover a different element and its implementation, with content that supports incorporating trauma‐informed policies, practices, and care into any organization’s structure.

Trauma Informed Workforce Wellness  |  10:00am - 11:30am PT

Join us in this series as we explore different topics that contribute to wellness in the workplace. Wellness is a big term, and one that is often cultural, historical, and contextual in nature. Through the TIC lens, we think of workforce wellness on multiple levels and always with a goal of organizational culture change.
