Upcoming Events & Trainings with Trauma Informed Oregon

Greetings! We hope you’re enjoying the final weeks of the Summer season. The training calendar at TIO has slowed down over the past few months to allow staff to enjoy some sunshine and time away from work – and now we are ready to jump into a busy Fall season.

We’ll share more training dates soon. Keep an eye out for another email from us or check out our calendar.

Trauma Informed Workforce Wellness

Join us in this series as we explore different topics that contribute to wellness in the workplace. Wellness is a big term, and one that is often cultural, historical, and contextual in nature. Through the TIC lens, we think of workforce wellness on multiple levels and always with a goal of organizational culture change.

Workplace challenges carry unique weight because your livelihood depends on showing up. September's session builds real language and practical strategy for the moments that drain you most: difficult conversations, power dynamics, managing up, and protecting your capacity over time.

You’ll leave with three tools: The Energy Audit, The Strategic Response, and The Ally Audit.

Discussion prompts and breakout sessions are built in, with participation highly encouraged.

Participants are expected to attend all four sessions.
