Trauma, Healing, & Identity in Supervision, Fall 2023

Join us for a new 4-part Trauma Informed Supervision series discussing resilient relationships, proactive approaches, and intentional leadership. This series is designed for managers and supervisors who are interested in developing a trauma informed, culturally responsive supervision practice.

In exchange for this event being free, our trainers will require participants to attend all four sessions and will be asking for their feedback over a longer duration of time. This event is planned for the 2024 calendar year and will have a fee attached.

Event Leaders

Steffannie Roaché, MS, LPC

An Asst. Professor of Practice at Trauma Informed Oregon and Portland State University, Steffannie has over 20 years of experience providing training and 10 years of counseling. Her life’s passion is to work hand-in-hand with community partners to uplift hope, healing, and social justice within systems.

Erin Fairchild, LCSW

Founder of Collective Action Consulting, Erin partners with people and systems to prevent violence. With more than 20 years of experience, she is committed to challenging white supremacy within herself, her communities, and her professional spheres, no matter the project.
