Trauma Informed Workforce Wellness for Healthcare Workers of Color/Culture

Professor of Practice, Workforce Wellness of Trauma Informed Oregon (TIO) and the Alliance of Black Nurses Association of Oregon (ABNAO) for a workshop where we will address BILPOC burnout in nursing and how to cultivate a trauma-informed approach to building resilience, self-care, community care, and supportive wellness habits.
