Enhance your supervisory skills and create a work environment where support and growth thrive. This training discusses the impact of trauma on individuals and systems, explores its connections to equity, and addresses the strengths and challenges of interpersonal dynamics. Tailored for new and mid-level supervisors in behavioral health, mental health, and related fields, modules—ranging from “Equity-Centered Trauma-Informed Supervision” to “Developing Self-Awareness and Intentional Leadership”—are all designed to help us learn and grow alongside peers. Join Steffannie Roaché, MS LPC and Erin Fairchild, MSW for a collaborative and transformative experience.
